The Adega da Pinguela is a small winery with a vocation to be. It has a limited production, but is more than just a winery, is an expression of terroir in wine come true Ventura, a name that put the wine in honor of his grandfather, who emigrated to Cuba. The winery is located in privileged surroundings and is only found in this charming landscape overlooking the Valley of A Rúa. Highlight the part exacavada in the mountains, the cave where located the wooden casks for aging wine. In the near future they intend to seek originality and differentiation of their wines are synthesized in the expression of the terrain and get to reach the expressiveness of the vineyard.
